Overview

At Retilda, we strive to ensure a positive shopping experience for you every time. However, we understand that you may occasionally need to return items. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and replace items purchased from Retilda. It also specifies the circumstances in which returns will not be accepted or refunds issued.

Product being purchased cannot be swapped for cash (i.e. we do not refund) In a situation where it is considered 20% of the product’s worth will be deducted from the total sum paid.

Subject to the provisions outlined in this Returns and Refunds Policy, returns for most items are permissible within 7 days following delivery. Returns are not accepted under any circumstances once the returns period has expired. Items purchased may be returned within the specified returns period for the reasons enumerated below.

  • The Item received is broken or defective
  • Item was received with missing parts or accessories
  • Wrong item, size, model was delivered

We will only accept returns for items that are unused, and in the same condition as when you received them, with their original packaging and seal intact where applicable. This excludes items that became damaged or defective after reasonable use, following the manufacturer’s guidelines, within the returns period.

When returning an item for any reason, it must be in the exact condition you received it from Retilda, with its original packaging and all tags and labels attached. You are responsible for the returned items until they reach us, so please ensure they are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Do not include any items that were not originally received from Retilda in the return package. You must completely delete all personal data related to you or any third party that may be present on the item, and detach any accounts linked to the item. Retilda is not responsible for any items mistakenly included in a returned package, or for any data breaches resulting from the failure to remove personal data from a returned item.

ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED

We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged after delivery. Additionally, returns of used items are not accepted unless the item stopped working or became damaged or defective after reasonable use, following the manufacturer’s guidelines, within the returns period. Items that become defective after delivery are not eligible for return in the following categories: clothing, sports & fitness, and consumables. If an item is covered by a warranty and becomes damaged or defective during the warranty period, it falls under the seller’s warranty rather than this Returns and Refunds Policy. Retilda Property Enterprise reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not comply with our policy. Return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise specified.

RETURNS, REJECTED RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

All returned items are inspected to verify the reasons provided for the return. If your return request is approved the returned item will be changed or fixed depending as Retilda deems fit. If your return is not approved by Retilda Property Enterprise, you will not receive a refund for the purchase price or the delivery fees nor an exchange. We will make two attempts to redeliver the item within five business days.

If both re-delivery attempts fail, we will notify you immediately and hold the item for an additional 30 days from the date of the initial notification. Our notification will include details about the pick-up location and its operating hours.

If you do not collect the item within the specified period, you will forfeit the item, and it will become Retilda’s property. Retilda may then dispose of the item in any manner it deems appropriate, such as by sale, charitable donation, recycling, or destruction.
